I have ran 8 Marathons including the Rome Italy marathon twice, Disney, and Philadelphia..My Pr is 3:36:58
Short-Term Running Goals:
I would love to Qualify for Boston and need a time of 3:30
Long-Term Running Goals:
100 Marathons and run Boston at least once.

Terrible run but just wanted to make it through ...had leg surgery to have veins removed 6 weeks prior.
Used the Eliptical for a steady 10 mile workout ...circuit trained ..and then did some speed work in the pool.....Maybe an afternoon run:)
Ok so I did run 5 this afternoon but just easy......
slow and easy today ......
Cross Training 5:30 am - 7:30 am
Biking ...eliptical...swimming...........felt good
5 fasttttttt miles...well lets clarify this...fast for me
